rearrange STM32F429 symbol after functionality instead of hardware
Now that it is more known what functionality we want to use in the STM32,
it makes much more sense (and will help reviewers a great deal) to have
the symbol in the schematics arranged after used functionality rather than
after how the hardware pinout is.
